Server Admin - Password

I did a stupid thing:  Changed the username and password for Server Administration without recording it in a secure place.

My client had a small database lockup, and I was unable to unlock it, since my senior memory has been unable to come up with the password.

Fortunately the operator had a current backup, and saved it under a new name, and is using that file OK today.

Where can I find my current user and password for Server Administration?   ...or should we just delete the small locked up database, and use the new one created from the backup? (This may be easier, but doesn't solve the password problem.)

Advice on the way to solving this one is appreciated.
Thanks...
