Server Issues with Merge Print

We installed a new server.
the installer mapped the drive to the Sesame2 directory as W:\
Everything works except MergePrint.  The window pops up with
"Select Folder or Document" but the window is blank.
The Shortcut on the Server desktop is
Shortcut Target:  W:\Data\sesame.exe –client dacaws2321
Start in:     W:\Data

The shortcut on the client desktop is
Shortcut Target:    C:\Sesame2\Data\sesame.exe –server dacaws2321
Start in:   C:\Sesame2


I have a standalone which works. shortcut is
Target:   C:\Sesame2\Program\sesame.exe
Start in:    C:\Sesame2

The configuration is the same on both computers as to directories etc.

The blank popup means the file path is wrong or there are no files at that file path. Looking at your Start In properties, you want the client to be just W:\ not W:\Data. As we know C:\Sesame2 works and that is what the W drive is.

Thanks Ray. That was the solution to that problem.

Now when I attempt to merge print on the server it takes the data from the MergeData.txt file on my standalone.
The server has Word16, and the doc displays as Word13?

Probably another path issue, but I can't figure it out.
