Normal Topic Reports not picking up all records (Read 1324 times)

Reports not picking up all records

I have a simple Sesame members database for my club, which currently consists of 1010 members.  When I retrieve all these records and run a report to give me a printed list, this is only showing 988 records, i.e. 22 are missing.  Can anyone please suggest reasons why this could be?

Hello,

Does your report have an attached retrieve spec? One easy way to test this is if you retrieve a small handful of records(10-20) and run the report does it give you the same 988 records in the report?

Hello Ray

I did what you suggested and retrieved a small batch of records, and the report still lists all records.  It does appear therefore that there is a retrieve spec attached - could you please let me know how can I correct this?

Hi Ron,

The following knowledgebase article covers removing an attached retrieve spec in Sesame Designer. After removing the retrieve spec from the report, you will need to save the report design and reconcile your DB file.
