I haven't used the Designer in a long time.  I went to open a particular database and cannot remember what user is and password I set up a couple of years ago.  Any suggestions?   Thank you.   Greg

Password recovery is a paid support option that Lantica provides.

To get started, you will have to give Customer Service a call at 1-800-410-6315. They'll verify ownership of the database and lead you through how to get the database to us so that we can recover the lost username and password.
