Image Labels - Positioning and Usage

I'm having trouble using image labels. I'm aware that you can use a .gif (transparency) label which is cool, and I've experimented with using .jpg, .png image labels, my problem is the position labeling. No matter what resizing I do of the actual image file. I cannot get it to position right over the layout element (button or field). I've tried Center Center, but it disappears or it's too high or low. This aspect seems a bit buggy or I'm doing something wrong.

Anyone have any advice or comments?

Center Center will place the image in the middle of the image box. You will want to save the form, close it and re-open it for the image to redraw without the text below it.
