Trouble getting current "Inside Sesame"

When I input my subscriber password and click the "Submit" button, the following comes up on the left side of the page where the issue links usually appear:

What is WebKnight?

On the right side a notice told me I had two issues left before subscription expiration, and prompted me to renew.  I click that link, input my billing information, and submitted that, and the same message as above popped up.

You're going to need to write to Tom Marcellus about this, Scott. We've got no control over the Inside Sesame site.
