Hello Blair,

Check the name of the StaffRef element in the Staff form and make sure it's name is StaffRef with no extra spaces or periods or anything like that.

I'm a yutz.  Undecided

The whole issue what the StaffRef field was looking up Staff!StaffRef, not Staff Screen!StaffRef.  I was not looking at the form.
