Hey all!

We launched our new Lantica Support Center today. It has a place to request support where you can attach files. It also has a searchable Knowledge Base, where we've collected all the FAQs, One-Sheets, techniques, troubleshooting tips, and a bunch of Inside Sesame HelpDesk Q&As instead of having ll that stuff in separate areas of the site. The Knowledge Base also has an RSS feed you can subscribe to for newly added and updated articles. We'll be adding to the Knowledge Base on a regular basis, so check it out every now and then.
