Here are the command hierarchies for Q&A and for Sesame. I stopped in each program at the point where the user is confronted with a U.I. element that does not rigorously qualify as a "menu". In the Sesame list, I marked each menu with a title (underlined with "="), these, of course do not actually appear. I did not mark Q&A's individual menus separately, in that there are too many and it would break the flow.

Yes, these commands are new in 1.0.5. The command copies either the entire form, or the LEs specified in the copy spec (if one is set). It uses LE name matching when you write the buffer back to a form if no spec is specified. It will copy across form modes, and even across differently defined forms, provided some or all of the names match or there is a spec. You can even copy to the buffer, close the application, open a different application, and paste into its forms.
