Is there a command or startup switch that makes macros invisible as they run?  Something similar to the blink switch

No, there is no start up switch for this.

BTW, even turning off macro visibilty from the menus cannot make them completely invisible. Sesame has to run certain screen updates to be able to receive the macro events. If we don't put the widget on the screen, it won't be there to receive the recorded mouse click, etc.
