How do the demos work?
After filling out this form, you will be contacted to schedule a date and time for your demo. At the scheduled time, you will be contacted by telephone by a person knowledgeable in both Sesame and the Symantec Q&A database. The demonstrator will instruct you to browse to a website where you can see the demonstrator's screen and, if you wish, allow them to see yours. The demo is absolutely free. You will not be charged anything and you are under no obligation to purchase anything.

Can I ask questions and ask to see particular things?
Yes. While the demonstrator will have a set of commonly requested items ready to show you, nothing is "canned". You will be watching a live copy of Sesame being actively run by the demonstrator. You will be on the telephone with the Lantica representative through the entire demo. You can ask whatever questions you wish and the demonstrator will tailor what is shown to those areas that are of interest to you. The demonstrator is not limited to the pre-organized material and may create something new to answer your question while you watch.

How many people will be on the call with me?
None. It's just you and the demonstrator.

How long is the demo?
A normal demo takes about 45 minutes. Yours may run longer or shorter, depending on what you want to do. The choice is yours.

Do I need to have Sesame installed for the demo?
No. The demonstrator will run their copy of Sesame while you watch. You don't need anything but a web browser and an internet connection.

How much does it cost?
Nothing. The demo is absolutely free. You will not be charged anything and you are under no obligation to purchase anything.
