I have changed a copy of the monthly sales report to go by Date.  In this case, it is Datestamp which is the date the final report is done.  When the Datestamp is ahead by one day except the last line.  The last date was July 28th and there are 2 lines for July 28th.  The first date is July 4th, when it should be July 3rd. See the attached example.  I tried changing the Sort spec, but that did not work.

Hi Ray,

I figured it out.

The Date had to go in the header and not the footer.  In this case, the totals for each day would be 1 line below the date.
