I was trying to create a system that could swap messages among the staff.  We do have separate locations so I made the database and put it on our cloud drive.

The way it works is I have a local Sesame database that is used to generate the message.  It uses XResultSet to post and retrieve to the cloud drive (Z:) in this case. 

The problem is the Database is slow and sometimes it locks up.

Suggestions.

Hey CB -- I run a Sesame database over 6 locations ... sometimes it's the way your network is set up (ask me how I know this). 

If you ping or tracert your cloud drive, is there a lag at all?
