If you recall I was a big advocate of ODBC in the early years of Sesame.   Eventually I Gave up on it, don't recall the reasons, but one-way data was part of it.   But now I have an ODBC connection question again.

Over these years I have done many export to QuickBooks routines including multiline invoices.   The routines work well but require Qbooks manual import steps.  I am now looking at a bi-directional ODBC driver that connects to Qbooks vs. the Sesame ODBC driver.

Is it possible for Sesame to use this Qbooks ODBC tool to update Qbooks tables or read Qbooks data into Sesame databases?  Has anyone used this and can confirm it is as useful product?

Sesame does not support ODBC.

For bidirectional communications with QuickBooks, you may want look into the QB SDK that Erika at Hammer Data has created for use with Sesame. https://www.lantica.com/shop/index.php/apps-tools/utilities/hdsbasicquickbookssd...
