duplicate files names showing up

Writing a new program and have wound up with multiple listing of the same file.

This has happened in every program I write.

Attached is a screen shot of what is showing up.

Is this a bug that needs to be fixed or is there some other reason for this occurrence.

It's not a bug, just looks kinda strange. What you have going on is, You have 5 different subform fields in the Customer database that link to the Vehicle database. Since you can use the same database as as sub under different parents, it needs to shows up once per each time it is linked in. So in your case you have 5 links to the same database, so it is shown 5 times.

Vehicle is a file that is used as a subform in the Customer file.  it is referenced only as a subform in CustMaint and CustMaintDB.  no fields in the vehicle file are referenced in Custmaint or Custmaintdb

If you go under Manage a Database, Customer, Manage Fields. You will see 5 subrecords fields. Those are the subrecord links from Customer to Vehicle. They could be old links that you no longer use anymore and need deleted.
