It sounds like you deleted the layouts, but not the database(s). You probably see the database name in the menu tree with a folder icon next to it, instead of a green dot, right?

If that's the case, and you actually don't want that database there, then you need to select "Manage Fields" under the database name that you want to remove. In the Field Manager window, select "Delete Database" from the Action menu, click on the "Add Transaction To Batch" button, and finally on the "Run Batch" button.

Be sure to make a backup copy before you start... just in case you delete the wrong database.

If you deleted the forms (layouts), they should not appear in the menu tree.

Can you post a screenshot of the menu tree, and tell us which name is the one that shouldn't be there?
