I want to use a combo-box to allow the user to select from a list of vendors on a purchase order form.
1. I need to populate the combo-box list by querying the vendor database.
2. If the vendor is new, I want them to enter the name of the new vendor and have Sesame automatically pop-up a vendor entry form.

Can you give me a quick description of how I would do this?
