I don't need to know how to do it now.......but........
If I have an email field on a form, can it be programmed that when the user clicks on the address it goes to Outlook with that email address set up and attaches the form to that email...it would have to print to PDF form first (?)

Yes, yes and yes.  You can prepare pdf file or image file and attach to email. Please refer to the following link for further details. There are also example in the Sample Program as to how it is done using outlook.
