Subforms and the like...

I have an application that is comprised of eight merged databases.

A letter is produced on a monthly basis that involves data from five of these databases.  Presently, the users are manually filling out a form to produce these letters.  Given the life cycle of some of the products involved this can mean that up to several hundred letters need to manually produced.

I have unsuccessfully experimented with subforms as a possible solution for this.

Questions:

1.      Is this possible?
2.      Is this something that the use of subforms should allow me to accomplish?

As always, your help is very much appreciated.

Thank you...

Based on the information you've provided, you might want to look at the XResultSet commands as opposed to subforms. These commands allow you to draw information from multiple databases and assemble that information into a report or document.
