Export Button using a retrieve spec

I have a retrive spec and I want to export the results using a command button.  I'm looking through Inside Sesame and can find how to export all records in a file, but I only want to export the reults.  Is this possible?

GOT IT NEVERMIND.

I CONFUSED MYSELF READING THE INSTANT EXPORT AND THOUGHT THIS WOULD EXPORT ENTIRE DATABASE BUT THE MAIL-LIST EXPORT DOES ONLY EXPORT MY RETRIEVE SPEC.
