What do the icons mean?

Currently on page 1 of the General Discussion topics I see a number of icons in the second column that have made me curious.

"Program Editor Syntax Coloring" has a thumbs up.

"Segmentation Fault when opening Property Viewer"  has a question mark.

"Sesame Training Classes in Boston" has a light bulb.

What do these icons mean and how are they assigned?

Thanks!

When you make a post, there is a dropdown under the subject called Message Icon. You can select whatever picture you like. They don't "mean" anything in particular to the system.
