No File/Save to Button in Program Editor

In setting up a mail merge the instructions include the following:

Before leaving the Program Editor, click the Test button to test the program. If you receive any error messages, fix the offending code now. When the program tests error-free, do the following:

1. Click File / Save All to File. Type in a path and filename to save your programming to, such as c:\sesame\customer.pgm.

2. Click File / Close to close the Program Editor.

3. Back in Designer, double click Save Layout Design on the Commands menu.

My problem is that when I am in the Program Editor the File button does not include a Save All to File link. It has 3 components:
Export to
Import
Close Editor
I am using the 1.04 version of Sesame.

You will want to use the "Export All to Text File" choice.
