Thanks to everyone's help here, we're about ready to move  users over to Sesame for data entry and SLOWLY kill off Q&A. In order to ease the transition, we plan to keep the 2 database records as closely identical as possible thereby giving users the choice to work in either program.

The best way I can think of to accomplish this is to Import and Export between the two using programming that auto-launches from the task scheduler every hour or so.

Is anyone doing anything similar to this now? Any success stories or suggestions?

ps. We're not going to Translate becuase there are way too many errors in our reports (in Q&A) that we would have to fix, and with all the great features of Sesame, we won't need most of the reports anyways.
