The Users Conference being held in Orange County California would be wonderful; near John Wayne Airport are many, many hotels.  Tom Marcellus can give you more insights.

You should be receiving the emailed announcments soon, but I wanted to let you know that we've got official dates and a location for the Conference.

2004 Sesame Users Conference and Masters Seminar - Oct 1-3
Get acquainted party - Sep 30
Location - Baltimore BWI Airport

Why not the original tentative dates? - We got a large response to the survey with a lot of people wanting to come and we were unable to get a large enough facility in the area where most people wanted to attend for the originally suggested dates.

Any Idea when more info will be announced?  Air fares will be cheaper if we can book now.  Also, corporate employees need time to get approval.

The dates and location are set. You can book for the airlines and get approval. You will want to wait for the full info to book hotel rooms to take advantage of the group discounts. The tentative agenda is posted at http://www.sesamedatabase.com/

The full information and Registration Form are available for the 2004 Sesame User Conference and the Sesame Masters Seminar.

The hotel group rate codes and hotel reservation link are also available.

To read, reserve and/or register, go to Sesame Database Website and click the Conference icon in the upper right corner.
