Is there a reason that a Keyword element can't be given a custom display format?

I am trying to make the text format "UPPERCASE", but the property viewer only indicates 3 of the display formats: only [SYSTEM], [APPLICATION], & [FORM] (i.e. Layout), but not a custom format. When I select "Custom Format", property viewer does not change. If I select one of the other 3 choices, it changes as expected.

Keyword elements are offering the same choices as a Text element on my  test apps. Selecting Custom Format offers UPPERCASE, lowercase and As Entered.

I see what you're talking about now, Carl. No, there's no particular reason. The filter that controls which elements are affected by which actions needs to have KEYWORD added to this action. I'll take care of it.
