Universal Search causes crash

When I use Universal search to find a record that I know contains they search term, the server crashes when the bar shows 67%.

The server does not crash when it does not find any results.

I'm using ver 1.0.4

Any thoughts?
Steve
Edit: My other apps work fine when doing a Universal Search. Maybe I have a bad record?

I just tried a Universal Search on your Products database, and it was okay. If you do have a corrupted record, it will be the first time we've seen data corruption (as opposed to structural corruption). Obviously, I'd like to see where it's crashing. Can you send it in with instructions for how to make it crash?

I just ran a mass update with the following program:

writeln(Collection + " " + Pattern + " " + Color)

and it read through each record with no problems. ( I couldn't think of another way to make it go through all the records)

I'll send it in to you to look at. It may be about 5 mb zipped up.

Steve,

Your data is fine. You've found an issue with Universal Search and unbound elements. I don't have a workaround for except to not have any unbound elements on Forms where you need to do a Universal Search.

This is fixed here and will be in the next release. How critical is this ability to your immediate needs?
