Translate Q&A is disabled

I am trying to import Q&A databases, but the "Translate Q&A" menu item is always disabled.  How do you enable it?

Yes, I am using the trial version.  I guess the one feature I am interested in is disabled.  So much for this product.

The Q&A translator is disabled in the trial version. There is, however, quite a bit of printed and online material covering Q&A translation, including the Q&A Translation Guide.
