Can I copy Parent and Child records to new record?

I've got 50 records and each has 5-15 subrecords that are naturally linked.

I need to create copies of these 50 and just change a couple of words in the parent form.

I tried the Copy command, and it creates copies nicely, but I cant seem to get the subrecords to copy with the parent records.

Is this not possible?
