Generic Text Printer - truncation!

Since I can not figure out how to get Sesame to output the form page in text, I set up a Generic Text Printer that I set to print to FILE.  I use the Result Commands/ Print Commands/ Print Forms (No Background)

I thought I could replicate Q&A's Print Form...(I use this text output to import into a word processor, and Sesame's Print to HTML will not import properly [I lose the field entries])

It almost worked.  The file created has a 2 inch left margin, and then truncates the right half of the form and data.

How do I adjust the margin and "expand" the page width to print my entire form to text?

I am not the printer guru, since I am still low on the learning curve.
However I have had success formatting reports from Sesame by importing into MS Excel instead of a word processor.  That gave me the flexibility I wanted.  It requires a few extra steps, but the results have been very nice.
