Limited Warranty and Refund Policy
Lantica warrants that the media on which the Software is distributed will be
free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service
for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of delivery of the Software to
you. Your SOLE remedy in the event of a breach of this warranty will be that
Lantica will, at its option, replace any defective media returned to Lantica
within the warranty period or refund the money that you paid for the
Software. This warranty will not apply if the defect resulted from accident,
abuse or misuse. All replacement media will be warranted for the remainder
of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.
Lantica does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or
that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or that the
Software will be error-free.
THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS.
